Explaining something that has happened in the past

Example :

(-) He didn’t eat a slice of pizza

(?) Did he eat this morning?

INFORMATION!

Colour Blue: Subject

Colour Red : Verb 2

Colour Purple : Object

Colour dark blue: Verb1

Present Perfect Tense

The form of tense that states the activity that has been started in the past.

Function :

qExperience or events that occur in the past ( no time specifies)

qActivity starts in the past and still continues until now

qStated the achievement ( which has been made or yet not done )

qStates the incident that has occurred several times

Example :

(+) He has traveled a lot.

(-) They haven’t tidied their.

(?) Have you already finished your homework ?
